Natus Vincere suffered a crushing defeat in the finals against the number one team in the world, Vitality, for the “Blast Open Rotterdam” trophy.
Vitality proved why they have the best team in the world, with a dominant 3-0 victory on the map.
Kosovo star Drin Shaqiri, known as “makazze,” was the standout for NaVi, but not enough to make a difference.
Initially, Vitality convincingly won the first map “de_inferno” with a score of 13-7, where “makazze” completed a full 18 eliminations, but not enough against Robin “ropz” Kool, who was the standout with 27 of them.
NaVi tried to rise on “de_anubis,” but again – Vitality did not allow for surprise to take a 13-10 victory, where “ropz” was again unstoppable – this time with 19 eliminations.
